I was thinking about rushing a sorority in the fall of 2013 at Penn State. I am currently at a branch campus but will be a junior in the fall. I know my chances aren't likely to get into one but I reallllyy want to! Any advice on what to do!?
Your chances are better than you would think since there are so many people who come from branch campuses as juniors. The most important thing is to KEEP AN OPEN MIND AND NOT LISTEN TO GOSSIP/TENT TALK/THIS CHAPTER IS BETTER THAN THAT CHAPTER BLAH BLAH BLAH.
We have quite a few Penn State/PA peeps on here so you should be getting some advice once it's a more reasonable hour

Not every rush is like the SEC. You shouldn't assume you have a limited chance. If your grades are good, your extracurriculars are, you know, there, and your social skills are pleasant, my understanding is that Penn State isn't too bad.
