Sister Recognized for Volunteer Work
Kalina Haynes, Mu - Brenau University was recently awarded a 2005 Presidential Service Award for her ongoing commitment to Camp Kudzu’s programs for children and youth living with type 1 diabetes and their families. Camp Kudzu is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization providing education, recreation and peer-networking programs for Georgia's children living with Juvenile Diabetes.
Kalina first became active with the camp through Fraternity activities, but has since demonstrated her tireless dedication over the many hours spent volunteering her talents for the organization and its campers.
