1. Alpha Geek: The most knowledgeable, technically up-to-date person in the office.
2. Body Nazi: A fitness fanatic.
3. Chips & Salsa: Hardware and software.
4. Cobweb Site: An Internet site that is rarely updated.
5. Cube Farm: Office area filled with cubicles.
6. Glazing: Sleeping with eyes open, as in “By the time that guy finished talking, the whole room was glazing.”
7. Idea Hamster: A person whose idea mill is always running.
8. Mouse Potato: A person who spends life in front of the computer, as opposed to a couch potato who is always watching television.
9. Open-Collar Worker: A person who works at home or who telecommutes.
10. Plug-and-Play: A newly hired person who doesn’t need training.
11. SITCOMs: Yuppies turn into SITCOMs if they get married and one of them stops working, i.e., “single income, two children, oppressive mortgage.”
12. Square-Headed Spouse: Your office computer.
13. WOOFYS: Well off older folks.
