WOW: Phi Psis buy Indy mansion/estate

The Phi Psis - long headquartered in an historic house near downtown Indy - is buying a six-acre old estate/mansion on Fall Creek for $2+ mil.

The pix in the new magazine are impressive, and fund raising has already brought in half the cost.

The purchase prize is less than the construction cost 60+ years ago.

Hard to believe that they devoted most of a magazine to the new digs, and don't show anything on their webpage:

There's a pic here:

Although it most recently housed the Sagamore Institute, an offshoot of Hudson, to be pedantic ... when Hudson moved to DC, Sagamore couldn't afford to keep up the big place. I'm glad someone found a good use for the building! It really is beautiful.

Also, being up farther north they will be closer to the Pyramids and most of the GLOs in town.

Thumbs up

Holly Cow Bat Greek Organization!

I hope they get some Pixs up for a tour.!!!!!

Many times Pix do over power the size.

Most of the HQs in Indy are a lot smaller than they appear on web sites.
