Penn student shot

A U Penn greek was shot this weekend. He was a member of TEP Fraternity and he caught a stray bullet as he walked out of the house.

I'm confused. I don't see where TEP is mentioned. And I think the person who caught a stray bullet in the leg is a woman.

It is confusing. The article didn't mention TEP. Last night on the news it was reported a student was hit by a stray bullet after exiting their fraternity house. Then they showed the TEP house and interviewed a student on the front steps of the house. TEP is at 38th and Walnut where the student was shot. Maybe it was a guest that was shot or maybe it is a coed fraternity. I don't know for sure.

Ok, I just did a google search and the Philadelphia Inquirer/Philly.com are saying that the Penn student was leaving her home when she was shot.
