Gamma Phi Pie?

I'm looking to add an article into the Crescent about Gamma Phi Pie, and I'd love to hear your chapter's variations!!!

So far I have Peppermint icecream on oreo crumble crust with chocolate syrup on top.


I also need info like: How long to let it sit in the freezer, and any other specifics for the recipe!

I have never heard of Gamma Phi pie. I think with my chapter, it would have to be something like strawberry pie with whipped cream, since our local colors are pink and white.

I would love to write something for The Crescent, if only I could think of something good! I'm a freelance magazine writer on the side. (c;
