Just wondering if there are any Alumnae officers? local, exec, NPC, etc. Also, what does your chapter do to increase attendance and involvement?

Alum Association is new to Our Chapter even after 40 years!

It was a loose group of Alums who worked with teh Chapter.

It has become more structured now.

I am the 1st President of Alum Association.

Officer wise:

President.

2 V Ps.

1. The Kansas City Metro Area.
2. The 4 State area, Ks., Mo., Ok., and Ark.
This is where the biggest concentration of Members are at.

Sec. Tres.

Exifico Members:

Chairman of Alum. Advisory Board.
General Contractor of New House to Mentor the House Mgr.
Local K C Brother to notify Local Alums of Monthly Gathering.
Pres. of House Corporation.

It is actually very streamed line and needs to be so.

Each Member has their own responsibilty so as to not burden one person. This also keeps all three functionarys in contact but seperate.

Was President of mine for about 5.5 years. We've surveyed their interests, had a number of different types of events, done all sorts of other things and eventually you just give up.

We cater to those people who we know are going to show up and if someone says "why don't we do that" we let that person plan it.

It was like pulling teeth just to get them to respond to the last survey we had........
