Fund Raiser idea

I was putting up my 2006 Ole Miss wall calendar today and got an idea. I thought I would see what you ladies think of it before suggesting it to Theta HQ as a potential fundraiser.

What if Theta put together a nice, glossy wall calendar featuring pictures of our chapter houses, public chapter rooms, or other Theta chapter facilities around the US & Canada? Maybe put HQ on the cover? They could even feature different houses or rooms decorated for holidays or special campus events. I realize that we have more than 12 houses, so that is something to work out! Chapters without houses must be included.

It could be sold on the Theta HQ site as a fund raiser or maybe sent to alumnae who make a donation? I know that I would love a calendar like this and I don't remember ever seeing one.

I have no intention of doing a calendar myself... this is just a rough idea that I am tossing around in my head. So... should it stay there?

I like this idea!

If it takes well with HQ, and they decide to produce it, I'd buy one! In fact if successful it could be done each year featuring different chapters each year and kind of rotating around maybe?? I think it may be a bit much to try to include every chapter each year.

Sounds like a nice idea. They could also have a small profile of the chapter with each house (for example, their special philanthropy activity etc) to make it more complete.
