future of BSP...post on the Beta Board!!!!

The Beta Board at www.betasigmaphi.org has a recent thread regarding the future of Beta Sigma Phi and the appeal to younger members. Virginia Lee, a well respected and very active member, has asked for thoughts on the future of Beta Sigma Phi. She will be facilitating a dialogue on the subject at an up-coming convention. Greekchat Betas, please go to the board and post your thoughts! Virginia Lee does have the power to make change. This is a good opportunity. I also know that Laura Wingfield Ross reads the board, and she cares deeply about the future of our organization.

I've been reading the posts on the Beta Boards. I think a lot of what has been presented have been good ideas as well as valid "complaints" if you will about how younger chapters are treated by the older.

However, after reading the last post (atleast the last one the last time i looked) by the Membership office, I'm getting a feeling they were kind of ticked at some of the comments made, and I believe at this time not too much is going to be done there. More needs to be done besides updating the look of brochures and materials. Just my current opinions.

Has anyone else read the boards lately? What do you think?

A HA! I got in. I guess the site is case sensitive!

I added my $2 - its long. I dont understand why they dont register the line breaks!!!!

I am going to have to meander over there and see what the thread looks like. **Sigh** I just don't see Sorority around my area shaping up and I don't have the time or energy to start a FV.
