I believe that it should, but I'm concerned that it doesn't. That's to be honest. I think that we have been getting used to this time of year, and we don't really make a change. During these times, I urge more kommunity service, and dothing deeds to make our for-fathers/mothers proud!

I should hope so, how else will we remember our history and tell it to those younger brothers and sisters behind us-lest we forget! We should have someone to aspire to be and Black History helps us all to remember the accomplishments of those who have gone on before and/or are making history today!
