Free Switchfoot Concert

This week, some kid at my children's high school won a free Switchfoot concert in a concert sponsored by Channel One. They came to our town and performed for the whole high school! The kids will never forget it--my daughter got to meet most of the band.

Okay, this is how I know I'm old. When I read the thread title, "Free Switchfoot Concert", I though that it was referring to a concert to call attention to some deathrow convict with a weird name (in the Mumia Abu-Jamal vein).

I was wondering when Carnation had become a radical!

I'm glad to hear it was good, and was happy to hear a GA school won it
