InTEResting vs Intresting

Which do you say? In-ter-esting or in-tresting?
For some reason I recently realized that i'm not saying it properly, and that bothers the hell of me. So i'm trying to work on fixing it.

I find that I say it both ways. I have a tendency to speak very quickly & when I do I say it "intresting." But if I slow down & take my time I end up saying "interesting." I'm not sure which way is "right," around here everyone says everything differently & probably wrong!

If I'm seriously saying something is interesting I say "in-tresting". If I'm being sarcastic I say "InTEResting" and more slowly.

I say "interesting" - but I have problems saying "clasped", not "clap-sed". That's really bad, as "clasped hands" is all through everything that's ADPi!

I think I do both. It's kind of like how I say "y'all" in more casual settings, but "you" or "you all" in business situations.
