I just bought it yesterday. So far it's a really fun phone to use, with these awesome little features my other phone (the one that flipped out to a computer keypad for text messages), and I paid $150 after rebate.
I kinda wanted the itunes phone, but I don't like Cingular.

That's the one I'm waiting to read reviews on. It looks cool, and since I already have Cingular, I'll probably stick with it.
I personally don't know much about the Razr.... I do have a friend who decided not to buy it after reading a lot of negative consumer reviews of it though.
I had the Razr for a year. It was a good phone. Not much to it besides it is thin and cool looking. Most phones do more than the RAZR does. It does not play full mps, record video , stores alot more pics, info, games, ect..
On the feedback with other electronics many phones do that now like the treo 650.

You can have the software on the phone changed to allow it to record video pretty easily if you wanted...
