Paypal?

Ok I enrolled in paypal forever ago, but we changed our address and I had to change my ebay name because I changed emails and such. Anyways, has anyone had any problems with paypal or is it just me? I call there to try to get my old account taken out so I can add my cc to my new account and I waited one day 35 mins then oneday 1 hour on hold and noone ever came on to help me and it is long distance. I sent them some nasty emails and still nothing. I just want to ebay and I cant....... Driving me nuts.

What time are you calling? I know my bf had the same problem in that he had created a paypal account, closed his email so couldnt use the "forgot your password" option and since he already had a paypal account linked to another email address he couldnt open up another paypal account.

I'm pretty sure he said they were open till about 1 am or something really late so perhaps try calling during non-business hrs where they might be busy with other stuff?

my problem with paypal is that my cc expired and instead of just putting in the new expiration date they wanted all this personal information, which I'm sorry I didn't feel comfortable giving. It didn't make sense since, again, it was just an expired cc.

I too tried calling but i will only wait on hold for at most 20 minutes. I'm sorry, I have better things to do with my time than sit and wait for a company to finally decide to hire some people to answer the phone.
