Good Afternoon Esteemed Ladies of Sigma Gamma Rho,
I am also interested in membership into your illustrious organization, but my situation is rather complex. This is a rather personal issue and, it would be greatly appreciated if I could talk to one of you regarding my situation in hopes of some helpful feedback. I live in the Dallas-Ft Worth metroplex and I plan on transferring to Texas Womens University in January. I thank all of you in advance for your help.

I also live in the Chicago area and is interested in Sigma Gamma Rho alumnae/Grad Chapters. I have a question, how do I get in contact with other Sigma Gamma Rho members in my area? There are three chapters that are close to where I live. I would like to get in touch with these chapters to volunteer on service projects.

I just had to say this,

One thing I have always been proud of about Sigma Gamma Rho is the fact that when someone has a question or is interested in our org, things are handled with class and maturity (like in this forum), with respect for the person asking the question.

When people come to us, they don't feel belittled because they don't know everything about our organization.

I'm also interested in Sigma Gamma Rho. I have been ever since I started doing my research. There's something about Sigma that just stands out to me.
One of the Kappas on my campus encouraged me to express interest to the ladies at my school, which I was very reluctant to do. But the ladies have shown me nothing but luv!!

I did receive your e-mail and I needed a while to think about it. Now I have lost your original correspondence so I don't have your e-mail address and it is not in your profile. You can e-mail me your address, however, remember that I am not obligated to respond.

Your question, really, is one that should be directed to our National Headquarters or the person who is responsible for membership in the chapter in your area. Are you in touch with anyone? If not, I can direct you to the appropriate person but that is all that I can do.
