Makes me crazy, too!
Personally, though, I like Newcastle & the Glasgow Rangers, but that's more because I know people whose relatives play for them.

Bah... Rangers....
Actually the Rangers where here at UofT this summer for their training camp - so you'd be running into them at the gym... or more often at the pubs across the street from the field 
As for the soft "C" that people use for Celtic... it really makes them sound kinda dumb... the "C" is pronounced hard like a "K" in Scots Gaelic and Irish, not to mention the fact that even the Romans (Latin has no soft "C" either) and Greeks had the hard "K" sound for the Celts 2500 years ago.
