Are any of you ladies out there a member?

I've been working as an office manger of a plumbing company and my boss is wanting me to start going to meetings with her. I think I'm going to but, what is it all about?

I went to one dinner with her and it seems like it's kind of like a business soroity for Construction Women.

Any comments?

I know nothing about this group. BUT:

I think you should go. Any chance you have to network, you should take it. Also, this would be something you can list on your resume. If there's some sort of membership fee involved, it seems as if your company would pay for it since your boss is the one who has invited you in the first place.
