Question Do you have sex with a person you can't trust?

At another forum, the question was asked, "Do you leave your significant other (or sexual partner of the moment) at your home when you are not there?"

My question is, aren't we supposed to be careful who we get that close to?

If you can't trust a person with the things in your house, 99% of which can be replaced, how do you trust that person with your body, which cannot be replaced?

Just wondering,
TR Simon

I'm in-between classes right now so I will have to just leave a brief reply right now, I'll ad some more later..

I think the thing that many would be afraid of is getting caught-up. My significant other can have any of the material things I have in my home basically when ever he wants, because I am not going to hover over him and he coyuld be sneaky like that.

But if you are worried about him answering your phone or counting condoms or finding a phone number you got last night from the club.....then obviously he is not that significant to you cause you are doing dirt and what is done in the dark will always come out to the light

Amen to that Soror. My insignificant other (I just don't know what to call him these days) has stayed at my house anytime. I trust him. He had a key, could answer my phone, etc. But the time I leave him alone he goes through my things. Because he doesn't trust me is why we are not really together now.

Trust is one of the most important things in a relationship, as equally as important as love.
