Possibility of NPC Expansion at North Carolina State U ?

The Greek life director at North Carolina State U has indicated that there **might** be more NPC expansion there over the next four years, perhaps two more sororities. Or so it says toward the end of an article in the July 27 issue of the Technician. Doesn't sound like anything that's going to happen immediately, but maybe could happen if interest in NPC sororities continues to grow.

The article deals more with Greek life budget woes and empty fraternity houses. It also says that Pi Beta Phi will be taking over the former Delta Zeta residence, and Delta Zeta will move to the former Sigma Alpha Mu house.

It was from my understanding that Delta Delta Delta will colonize at NC State no earlier then the fall of 2006, and Kappa Delta will colonize no earlier then the fall of 2008. I believe NC State's Panhellenic will vote on expansion this coming fall. Tri Delta and Kappa Delta both presented when Pi Beta Phi presented at NC State, as well as Delta Gamma. That is the plan, given of course the success of the new chapters.

Any News about NICs?

LXA had a Great Chapter There. John Tesh was a Member there.

He is still a Brother and a JagOff! But He do make $$$$$

I haven't heard of any other expansion...the men lost several chapters to risk management issues last year which I suspect put a damper on expansion for a while. The women however are going strong and hope to add those other two chapters in the next few years.
