Warm Spirit
Have any of you attended a WS party? I've noticed that many consultants are Sorors. Have any of you tried the products?

Have you tried any of the products from Carol's Daughter? If so, how would you say these products compare. I have liked what I've tried so far from CD.

Carol's Daughter was giving out samples of Jamaican Punch Body Souffle during the Essence Festival last summer in New Orleans. I fell in love with the scent and ordered more. You'll have to check out the website www.carolsdaughter.com. Apparently the creator of the company mixes everything up in her kitchen.

I use WS products and have been to a presentation. They are pretty decent. Never used Carol's Daughter.

I've used them both. But I prefer Carol's Daughter.

I've used Warm Spirit's Anahita's Body Butter and their line of body scrubs. I like them because they moisturize and the scent isn't overwhelming.

This is another reason why i like WS, because I can't wear a lot fo scents because of allergies.

CD is located in Brooklyn and I have checked it out a couple of times. My sister likes to use the shampoo and oils on my niece's hair while it still in its natural state. I don't remember the name of the hair oil she used, but I know it helps dry scalp.

Tried it (Warm Spirit) a few times. It's ok. Would continue to support since it's partly Black-owned but a little on the expensive side.

I love Warm Spirit Products and my mom does too! One consultant actually came out and gave her a pampering treatment for her feet and she wants another one lol! The scent of their products is delicious and the feel of their creams are rich, Their products go a long way, I especially like the chocolate honey lip balm someone liked the way it tasted too! I sound like an advertisement for warm spirit which I love!

That's when/why I discovered and started using CD, too, but I'm noticing more people now are using their products on permed hair, too. Pretty much I use a lot of Carol's Daughter hair stuff and a lot of Warm Spirit body stuff, but never the other way around-- probably because I didn't know about the other products in each line when I first started using. But I just went to a soror's WS party and bought a LOT of stuff, so I'll be trying out their hair goodies in a few. When I had my locks I got rid of almost ALL my hair products so now I have to rebuild my "hairbrary"
Both lines caught my interest because so many of the consultants I've come in contact with are women of color, the company is co-owned by a sista, plus i LOVE the natural products and scents. I wanna become a WS consultant sometime in the near future.
