We found out about this at the UI Advisors meeting two weeks ago. It's too bad.
Their house overlooks the river and is in the same area as many of the other fraternities. Sigma Pi is colonizing (recolonizing? It wasn't clear) so maybe they're interested in it.
Beta Theta Pi is also reestablishing themselves at Iowa but retained their house.

Perhaps it'll be a hootshinpaloozaree. I don't know.
