need gift suggestions

The Tau chapter (at Clemson Univ.) has the most AWESOME advisor EVER. We (the alumni) are wanting to get her something extra special as a thank you gift for everything she's done. Problem is, we can't find the perfect thing. We were thinking something along the lines of an afghan or something. Does anyone have any other ideas? We want it to be PERFECT. Thanks in advance for any help!!

Another idea -- on Kodakgallery.com and shutterfly.com, you can create nice hard cover photo books, with quotes, comments, etc. with the photos... maybe you could put together a Sigma Alpha memory book for her.
