Question about knee braces
About a month or so ago, I sprained my knee. The orthopedic surgeon said it's an inflamed patella and a torn MCL or something. Anyways, he prescribed me a $900some hinged knee brace, that my insurance won't cover. The only other hinged knee brace (that I can afford) is just your normal knee brace and doesn't stay up on my leg. (I have a weird shaped leg... my calf is alot smaller than my thigh)
Can anyone recommend something cheaper but really good? I've looked on ebay and I'm not sure how much I trust the ones on there. I've actually seen a few that are similar to the one I need, but I'm afraid to order it and then it not fit right.
