Hello ladies...I am looking for help in a couple of different areas and I know that I can count on you
I am MRC for my chapter and am looking for help in ideas for recruitment events and events that you can do that do not cost any money at all. I also need some new and fresh ideas on how to get girls to want to come to events (recruitment, social, etc...). We always had a strong sense of attendance in the past but now it is severly lacking. Although our chapter (Iota Delta) just inducted 8 new ladies now it seems as if they are more than half of the ladies at our events and meetings. Please help me find a way to boost our chapters enthusiasm
Also, we have had some problems with drama and talking behind each other's backs. Which as you all know, causes drama and hurt feelings. Any ideas?!?
E-board has tried to solve this problem numerous times and we even did a "I respect my sister because..." session at our last meeting. I don't know what else to present to e-board?
