More Chesney Info

I just got my copy of Sigma Chi's Spring magazine, and they held a poll of their membership to find out various "Sig favorites" (movies, video games, etc.). The top five albums listed (all getting 5% of the responses) included:

KANYE WEST: THE COLLEGE DROPOUT
SUBLIME: 40 OZ. TO FREEDOM
SNOOP DOGG: DOGGYSTYLE
METALLICA: METALLICA
and rounding out the group...
KENNY CHESNEY: GREATEST HITS

Good taste in the fraternity world, eh?

In ZAX,
BF

Speaking of Lambda Chi and country, Dierks Bentley is playing at the new house at FSU on April 22nd. I've heard their house is frickin' awesome and I can't wait.

Didn't anyone else see him on the Today Show this morning? His first song was Keg.

I picked up a copy of Country Weekly at the supermarket today because it had Kenny on the cover and an interview inside. He explains he's just a regular guy.

"I am like someone my fans probably know. I could be somebody on their football team, or sitting next to them in class. I could be walking down a hall somewhere. Or playing guitar in a corner at some fraternity party, because that's how I lived my life."

I think I know what he means.

ZAX,
Jono

Back in the Fall of 87, the entire Zeta Phi chapter took a trip ( in two chartered buses )to ETSU when the Mocs played the Bucs in football.

Anyway, there was a brother I met there that was playing his guitar during the party after the game. I am sure almost 100% that was possibly Brother Chesney. That night was kinda "foggy" due to the over-consumption of adult beverages. LOL.
