For a while, 311 was doing this really awesome drum solo where Chad would get going, and each band member would bring out timpanis (I think) and play them as well, it was so totally awesome. So that gets a yay in my book.

Having said that, Neil Peart is most excellent. Just saw a Rush "in concert" on VH1 Classic last weekend. Too freaking cool.

I read somewhere that during the Hysteria tour, when Rick Allen would be doing the drum solo and Joe Elliott was talking to the audience, the other three guys in the band would be banging groupies under the stage.
Useless gossip for the day.

I've herd the same thing. See, it's a win win situation. The rest of the band get nookie and the crowd goes for beer or go to the bathroom. A little like an intermission.
