Passover
Happy Passover to all of the Jews!!!
Next Year in the Rebuilt Jerusalem!!!
A question for all of the cooks on here. This year is my first year that I have my own kitchen for Passover, and I want to cook some food so I'm not stuck living off macaroons and matzah for a week. Does anyone have any good Kosher for Passover recipes that they give me? Post your favorite recipes here.

My mom taught me how to make Matzo Bri....
For a single serving:
Ingredients:
2 full sheets Matzo
1 Egg
Hot Water
Butter/Pam (for frying)
Salt/Pepper to taste
2 pieces of matzo. Break them up into small pieces in a medium-sized bowl.
Take the boiling hot water and pour into bowl; just enough to saturate the matzo. Drain out excess water.
Mix in 1 egg into the saturated matzo.
Add dash of salt or pepper depending on taste.
Melt butter or Pam in frying pan.
Add bowl contents to frying pan. Fry both sides until slightly browned.
Enjoy!
(You can add more salt/pepper if needed. I tend to add powdered sugar. Others like syrup...It's a matter of taste!)

Happy Pesach!
No special recipes here, I just make sure that what I prepare doesn't contain anything it shouldn't.

Happy Pesach!
I hope that everyone remembered to play Bob Marley's Exodus during the cedar.

Happy Pesach, everyone!
It is ridiculous being over 30 and still having to do the 4 Questions at the seder. *heh*

<vent>Tell me about it. Most years, my mother-in-law makes some remark about how I'm the youngest, so I have to ask the Four Questions, and "well, if you'd just have a BAYYYYY-BEEEE already, you wouldn't BEEEE the youngest any more!" I told my husband that if that happened this year, I was leaving.</vent>
