"I Hate Shallow, Fake People"

Don't you think that's just gotten a little too cliche now?

I mean, everyone and their mother says that when they describe themselves (see myspace), but I mean 1) I KNOW you know someone who's shallow and fake and has said that phrase and 2) MOST of you have said something very judgemental about someone based on something shallow, albeit just a random comment out of the spur of the moment or some vindictive statement.

Anyway, I think people need to start examining what exactly they mean by that or stop saying that.....

I'm both deep and shallow. I have my deep points and my shallow points. A good deep point of mine would be the fact that I'm one of the best friends a person could ask for.....my shallow point would be, I use women for sex and then discard them like an empty starbucks cup. Another deep point of mine is that I'm reliable when someone needs me, another shallow point of mine is that I joined a fraternity for the sole reason to get laid easily.

I think everyone has deep and shallow points. Its just people whose shallow points outweigh the deep points are the ones who get annoying.

I actually hate stupid people much more than shallow people. Of course, if you're stupid AND shallow, I will shoot you on sight with my elephant gun.

Good way to start on your "Sets of Nine"... 1 Deep, 8 Shallow; 2 Deep, 7 Shallow; 3 Deep, 6 Shallow;... so on & etc...

No Tom, it would be like you saying you don't judge people based on the cigars they smoke, yet when said people aren't in your prescence, all you can talk about is the shitty cigars they smoke.

I'm talking about certain XYZ members who "only date guys who drive a Lexus", or "Want that $1200 Prada bag cause the rest of my sisters have one"

Whats wrong with girls like that? All that means is they have higher standards and it should drive you to be able to have that life style.

they aren't higher standards if they really don't like the look of the prada bag, or if they keep dating the guy who drives the Lexus even though he beats the crap out of them.

Do you know a female that would turn down a prada bag? I don't.

And 95% of the men in this country don't beat their girlfriends/wives repeatedly. I can see the guy treating her like shit and her coming back, but thats how girls work. They're dumb like that. Women don't like nice guys even though they say they do. When a guy starts being really nice or treating a woman like gold.....thats when he gets treated like shit.

If I didn't like the color/style, I would turn it down in a heartbeat. There are LOTS of things that are "status" or "fashionable" that many people think are butt ugly, they're just too socially insecure to say so.

Ah, the irony of the opposite sexes. As that "nice" guy, I've learned you can't bitch about the nice guy thing, either change it or take it until you're 30 and some slut decides its time to settle down, and you'll be that sucker to fall for it.

THIS thread was started because of ALL people who say they're not fake yet are, not just soror...errr women.
