Ok, here's the deal for you vitamin experts.....
I'm taking 1400mg of Propionat QV100 a week along with 700mg of Enantat QV250 on top of 1000 mg Nandrolone Decanoate 200. I also take 75mg of Winstrol a day.
So, here's the problem. I feel like my blood pressure is high. Sometimes I get this numb feeling that extends down to the tip of my middle finger and sometimes my thumb in my left hand. My shoulders are sore as hell and I'm horny like I'm 15 years old again. The feeling in the hand only comes the day after and I was wondering if there's anything I can to to help relieve this feeling. Like if it's the blood pressure doing it.....can I just take a Xanax to bring it on down and will that help? Or is the problem my joints? My arm/hand feels like it's going to explode sometimes and I'm always having to stretch it out. I feel like I'm popeye when I'm working out but when I'm laying in bed at night it's killin me for a stretch of 24-48 hours and then I'm fine. Ive been taking 800mg Motrin and 500mg of Naproxan for the swelling/pain.
Any advice?
ETA: Ive been doing this for the past 4 months.

Well, your definition of 'vitamin' differs strongly from mine, but regardless . . .
I've found very little to support Winstrol by itself contributing to the numbness/blood pressure issues - the androgen esters, though, may have pernicious effects you're not considering. In particular, your dose of QV might be reduced . . .
In case you don't know the pharmacology of what you're injecting, Propionat QV100 consists of Testosterone Propionate, an ester form of testosterone and a powerful anabolic agent. Deca is an identical form of nandralone, and is on the extreme high end of the anabolic capabilities.
There have been studies that link use of anabolic agents to heart conditions (see one
here ), but very few of these involve humans, and most involve capillary repression and decreased heart functionality. Could that lead to extremely high blood pressure? Definitely.
Note that the MSDS for each of these chemicals also lists them as carcinogens with long-term use - the damage isn't just to your balls, but also to your prostate and other physical structures. Watch your timeframe.
Watch the interactions of this sort of heart issue with both Xanax, and OTC analgesics, both of which affect blood viscosity (not to mention the effect Xanax has on heart rate, etc.).
Even beyond that . . . with the extreme loading you're doing, you might be past the point of diminishing returns - bottom line, you might be paying too much, and should get identical returns on lower dosages (particularly of test. propionate and nadra. decanoate).
On the bright side, you've at least had someone select an interesting cocktail for you - James is right about the estrogen inhibitor, the reason you're not experiencing "bitch titties" yet is because, over the short term, a side effect of testosterone propionate is that it will reduce growth of breast tissue via its interaction with native estrogen. However, over the long term, your usage will absolutely destroy native testosterone growth (after all, you're flooded, so the body will stop making its own) and promote estrogen growth, so when you stop loading, you'll need to offset this.
Also note that I am 100%, unilaterally, without a doubt telling you that your loading is a shitty maneuver, and the risk/reward axis is tilted heavily toward testicular and prostate cancer. Just so that's out of the way. Go see a doctor though, this shit's for real kid, no matter what the meatheads at the gym tell you - that Xanax could honestly be shredding the periocardial lining in combo with testosterone flooding. See a pro.
