Pi Phi Songs

Our chapter song book is in tremendous need of new music...if anyone would like to share any of their chapter songs with us we would really appreciate it.

I just filed my convention competition songbook... what kind of song are you looking for? Recruitment? Spirit?

THis is one of the winners in the "Light Parody" category sung to the tune of "Meet the Flintstones"

Pi Phis
We're the Pi Phis
We're the greatest gals in history
Loved by all the Greek men
In every single university

Bound by colors wine and silver blue
Live for everlasting friendships true

When you're
WIth the Pi Phis
We have a super-duper fine time
Pi beta Phi time
We have a "ring ching" time!

Want more?

I think the Indiana Gamma song chair is compiling a list of songs we sing so when she gets that done I can pass it on to you!

has anyone heard of the pi phi rap song? I am pretty sure it is by DJ Scribble...it is great! We just found it everyone loves it, we just debuted it to a bunch of girls at our formal last night! Does anyone know of any other songs that have been remixed for pi phis?

I don't know if you guys are talking about songs not on the site . . . I personally JUST realized that the site has a PDF file with songs I hadn't even HEARD of before in it . . . Much less ever sang!

I think Nationals should make a CD or something . . . I am not that great at reading music and a lot of the songs sound really awesome. . .

help!

Hey there... just take this up front again.

Also, I am the new song chair for my chapter and I REALLY need some help. There are lots of songs out there, but no tunes to go with them! Anyone know where I can get the tunes for the songs? I, and everyone else in my chapter, would be greatly appreciative!

Thanks!!!

Sus, you are AWESOME. That said, don't we have a songbook? Or two? Then all you need is someone who can read music to get the tunes right. Love ya, Jessie

You can order the Pi Beta Phi Songbook from HQ-- it includes a cassette tape with a chapter singing traditional and fun songs as well as the sheet music. Yes, I know... cassettes are old technology and not all boomboxes have them any more but I know that you could get them transferred onto a CD.

hey dakareng, thanks for the cassette info.

and J- yes, we have songbooks, but no one to read the music. However, we're going to have a song workshop with some alums, one of which plays the piano, so maybe we'll learn some songs out of that! I am also going to record the alum so chapter can have a recording. wish you were here!ml.
