Organizing A Chapter

What's up brothers!

I am in Charlotte, NC and I think that it would be a great idea to organize an Alpha Phi Omega Alumni Chapter in Charlotte, NC. If anyone has any ideas as far as how I can get started on this please assist me? Thanks and have a great day.
