Sistermadly, I feel your concern.
Last I heard ZTA was doing the same thing at my alma mater. We just has ASA come on Fall 2003 and colonize officially in March.
ZTA is supposed to part of formal recruitment this wknd, by having an open house. Then they are going to begin their process after formal recruitment.
Trouble is, ASA is struggling and the other 3 groups are only at 50 women. So I'm not sure why A)our admin is letting a 5th group colonize B) why ZTA is taking the risk.
My alma mater just went to a 2 wknd recruitment. Me, being the good alum, am going down next wknd for round 3, pref, and bid day.
I'll report more once it's over and I find out more info on their colonization process and involvement in recruitment.
*I am not in any way trying to disgrace ZTA, they are a great org, I'm just concerned about when they are colonizing on my alma mater, knowing the makeup of the campus and greek life on it.
