Arrow Motivation/attitude

I am an advisor & I was wondering how other chapters motivate their sisters? Also some sisters have a bad attitude about recruitment... and other things. I am trying to get ideas to help them this semester

Thanks!!

motivating is one of the hardest things to do. You have to find out what the women are interested in and take advantage of that. I'm not sure how yet, i'm in the same boat.

as for recruitment, it's tough, but don't they want to spread the Phi Sig love and get to meet some great new sisters?

I guess sometimes chapter business seems boring, so we just have to make it more fun and less business-like.

I think chapters tend to get down and out about recruitment / service projects / fundraising / etc. because they feel like it's "work" and not fun.

Having events that not only are more upbeat and fun, but also help build unity among the sorority (ie team building activities) will help bring the morale back up in the chapter.

What's that line, "all work and no play makes Jack a dull boy..." haha!
