Cool How To Eat Fried Worms

Did any of you ever read the book growing up? I did. Today I went to see RV w/ Robin Williams and saw the preview of the movie.

Movie comes August 25, 2006

Fried Green Tomatoes is an adult book that is already a movie.

I would love to see The Cat That Ate My Gymsuit become a movie.

I was a big fan of this book (although last week the title escaped me), but my favorites were Tales of a 4th Grade Nothing and its sequel, Fudgerama . I don't think either of those were ever made into movies, though.

Aaaaaaaah yes, if they EVER make those into movies -- Tales of a 4th Grade Nothing, Superfudge, and Fudgemania as well as Blubber and Are You There God? It's Me Margaret, it will be a wrap.

Haha, whoops, I guess I couldn't have been too much of a fan if I messed up the name of one of the books.

Nobody likes me
Everybody hates me
I'm gonna eat some worms
Yum Yum Yum Yum
big ones fat ones
little ones skinny ones
Tiny weenie fuzzy wuzzy worms

first you bite the head off
then you suck the guts out
then you throw the rest away
hey hey hey hey

...something like that. Oh those crazy camp songs.

ETA: Oh by the way, I've NEVER heard of this book.

I know that there was ONCE either a TV series or a "made-for-TV-movie" (can't remember which one) about Superfudge. It starred Eve Plum (aka Jan Brady) as the mom. I don't think it was on for long (which makes me believe it was a MFTVM)...but I really liked it! lol.

Yeah I think that is what the book was called (i would have to go back and read a little bit of it)...I didn't really care what kind of book it was. I read many "adult" books when I was younger.

My 6th grade teacher had a set of the book "Til Death Do us Part" which had many graphic sex scenes in it---and she made us read it for "extra credit." It was really gross! lol

I'll have to check out the movie for Fried Green Tomatoes.
