he claims that he'll fund the military enough and to have enough funding to "protect the homeland" whatever the hell that means, but that somehow congress will cut the deficit in half in 5 years. I guess we can say goodbye to anything that isn't military spending and SocSec. the article is full of vague ideas and him supporting rumsfeld and other issues.
