FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. -- A University of Arkansas student was arrested and charged with assault and burglary Thursday after he was implicated in a weekend incident at a fraternity house.
Tyler Shue, 19, was arrested after a woman reported to University of Arkansas police that she had been sexually assaulted early Sunday morning.
The woman said the alleged assault happened after she had gone to sleep in a locked room of the Alpha Gamma Rho fraternity house.
Police said that after Shue was identified and questioned by detectives, he confessed that he had gotten a key to the room from the fraternity president.
According to a police report, Shue told authorities that he was too drunk to remember what happened next.
Campus police did not release any additional details about the case
