Bush Admin: shut down GPS during terrorist attacks

Bush Prepares for Possible GPS Shutdown

WASHINGTON (AP) - President Bush has ordered plans for temporarily disabling the U.S. network of global positioning satellites during a national crisis to prevent terrorists from using the navigational technology, the White House said Wednesday.
They use sacrificial pawns to pilot jet-fuel-filled missles into buildings by hand. They yearn to buy nuclear material to, at the very least, make dirty bombs which will be delivered manually. It's not like they're locking in GPS coordinates for their satellite-guided long range missles launched from afar.

Also: nice way to interupt 911 from being able to pinpoint cellphone users during attacks.

When was the last time you've made an argument that wasn't a straw man?

Eh, my GPS unit is always 50ft off anyway. Sometimes it tells me it has an accuracy of 8ft. Then I plot it on GIS. it lies.

ETA: Cell phone GPS units are even worse
