Yes, Psi chapter is back. Three of my friends are on that line, and my chapter is very happy to have them back. Minnesota now has all four sororities, and 3 out of 5 fraternities on campus.

I was at the University of Minnesota a couple years ago, and back then, the NPHC groups didn't have a big presence on campus (well, Greeks in general didn't). From what I've heard, this is most definitely starting to change. Congratulations to the Kappas!
