According to CBS poll, about 59% of the Americans public approve an amendment to ban gay marriages. Many have use this to back their call for the amendments. Especially those in the religious right.

According to another CBS poll, around 66% of the Americans public backed the legalization of medical marijuana.

Do you believe that marijuana be legalized, especially for medical usage?

In all honesty yes, at least for medical purposes at first... unfortunately it isn't that simple as we've seen up here in Canada.

There have been many quality control issues, as well as a lack of proper education of both the public and the police regarding marijuana and it's use(s).
