Shaved eyebrows: Next US fad?

This week the Japan High School Baseball Federation took the unusual step of telling schools to tighten up against players who have had their eyebrows shaved. Shaving your eyebrows is the latest trend among schoolboys and it's already created a stir among education officials who are outraged over the fashion. So, in response to the "crisis" league officials decided to warn member schools to take action against student players with shaved eyebrows and also_ those wearing clothes considered "too rough."
