Tau Cross
ok i know we are not supposed to discuss anything about Rituals on something where others can read but i need some info. I know about the preference nite ritual called the Tau Cross. I know that the Rho chapter made it up so if anyone from the Rho chapter reads this can you please get with me to discuss. Formal recruitment is coming up next semester and I need to figure out how it works. None of the diagrams or previous records on it that i have, have any specific details on to how the ritual works. Like i have some stuff but it is not easy to read and is in no specific detail. AST_82, Thanks for being mindful of your post...
The Tau Cross is not a secret ritual, it is a preference ceremony... I should have a copy of it with instructions/diagrams... When I was an EC a few of my chapters did the Tau Cross Ceremony, so I can help with the "flow" of it...

You might want to try to contact someone from Delta Delta, we used the Tau Cross ceremony for Pref night also. The website is

Can someone pm the info? I honestly can't remember if we ever did the cross ceremony. I have only attended 1 pref. ceremony ( I didn't pref. AST). So I am curious what this ceremony is.

This is one of the Pref's they have laid out in the back of the Recruitment binder right?
I think in another lifetime I went to a big school cause we never did a formal pref night, and it was something I'd wanted to see. We did a kinda formal pref night once and all I can say is PRACTICE. I made our chapter practice so much before our rededication at our reunion. We were a little rough...
