Shirts Question

Hey,
I was wondering...I'm not sure my chapter ever had the shirt "Some come to college to find husbands, I came to find my bridesmaid" type shirts, but if I wanted one like that could I just buy one for myself or should I like suggest it for an event?? How would I go about doing all this?!

lol. funny.

i would get the whole org's opinion on group shirts. ordering custom shirts as a group will bring costs down a lot.

I agree. And if you were looking to tie it into some sort of event, a sisterhood event/retreat might be the best sort event for this type of shirt.

We did this shirt for a bid day tee a couple of years ago. Just talk to the chapter t-shirt chair to get it done. We usually go through graphic cow www.grafcow.com Our shirts are usually ~$10 a piece and we generally order at least 70 shirts.

BTW I found my bridesmaids and my husband in college.

Bella,

Metropolis Graphics in Orlando does/did all of the UCF Greek and campus event shirts. You can price them out through Metropolis-- they will even design it for you.

Go to your chapter's social chairman and tell her your idea. Offer to price out the shirts and do the leg work. We love sisterhood shirts-- they don't have to be in honor of a date function or chapter event.

When I was in college we had one that said "The only thing worse than an ADPi without a man is a man without an ADPi."

Or, instead of proposing a sisterhood shirt to the social chair... you could approach your new member coordinator and recommend it as a shirt for the new member class... or as a shirt to celebrate when your class is initiated!

Or... you could request to meet with both your new member coord and the social chair together to share your idea... that way, you're not stepping on any toes and you have two officers to applaud your initiative!
