NBA to eliminate the 3 pointers?

I've read it on another board. It seems, for the developmental league, they are going to eliminate the 3 pointers until the last 5 minutes of the game. Rumors have it that it is a test run for the NBA. WTF? I know that viewership has been going down for the past 2 to 3 years. Maybe it's because the quality of the game has gone down also. Maybe the players should go back to school and learn how to properly dribble, pass and shoot.
