The Great Debate

I'm not very politically natured, but I was just curious who you girls are voting for and why?? (Didn't want this to blow up in another CC Political War, so I thought this would be more sisters-only and hopefully more friendly).

i'm voting for bush. . .my family is very republican and i just tend to be more conservative on economic issues and stuff. i will say though that i am very liberal in terms of social issues. i'm very pro-choice and think gay marriage should be legal. i guess technically i'd fall in to the libertarian category if you really looked closely.

on a side note, john kerry's sister, diana was my younger sister's drama teacher when she was in middle school.

I think I'm leaning toward Kerry right now. I am really disappointed in everything thats gone on the last 4 years... and its not that I think Kerry is the best man for the job, I would just like to see if he can do better than Bush.

I will be voting for Kerry. My career is in the scientific field and I have seen our funding vanish before my eyes these past four years. Also, being in texas, I have experience with how the education system is going here and it really is upsetting. Way too many children being left behind. I also support pro-choice (to a certain degree) and gay marriage. So yeah, my vote has been decided for a while now.
