Question Sequel to MaMaBuddha's question...

Here's a twist...
For those of us who are greek, let's talk about the NPHC logo. Have you noticed that all our letters are on it? So, whenever we wear an NPHC pin or t-shirt with that logo on it, aren't we, in essence, wearing each other's letters? What about when we have Greek Week shirts made with all our orgs names (in greek letters) on them? How do you feel about that? I ask because, at my alma mater, there was an issue raised about the logo. Here's the site if you don't know what it looks like (It's that fan-like thing):
http://www.nphc.org/

What are your thoughts on that? Judging by what The Original Ape had to say, the names should be written out in English and not with greek symbols.

Usually when done the way you stated, it's done as advertisement; and because it's mutually beneficial, it's assumed to be accepted/permitted by all groups advertised. If a private vendor sells pins-without the consent of the organizations, that vendor is liable.

I dislike the NPHC with a passion and would never wear anything of theirs. I would never wear another orgs name or letters. Even if the shirt dissed another org, I would not wear it. I don't believe in Greek Week shirts associated with my colors or symbols either i.e " I Was At XYZ's X Week" or some such b.s..
