I was in Tupac's video, "How do you want it"...the concert version.
When I was in Highschool, the summer before my sophmore year, my schools step team went to "Stomp" in L.A. to perform for the competing teams. Well during our spare time, our coach's cousin was directing the video shoot and he invited us as his special guests. First, we sat in the balcony while they did the sound checks, etc. We were not sure if we would be in the video, we thought we were just watching. Well the sound checks took forever and I fell asleep. Then I awoke to this tap on my head.....It was my girl. She was like "look, there go Tupac". He had come upstairs to the sound booth for something. He waved and gave us the go ahead to take pictures. We thought that was it. After they did the shots of him by himself on stage, He was like bring the girls from upstairs down to the front before you let the general public in from outside.
We was like...

!!!
Then for the rest of the shoot, and in between takes he talked to us, cause we were in the front row. He talked to us individually and called us by our names. I know that probally sounds silly, but we felt like we knew him, even if it was only for about eight hours. Later on we took picture with him and talked some more and that was it.
That was in June and he died that October (I think). Yes, I think is was finer in person. He was very nice and held real conversations with us. The thing that I liked about him the most was that he did'nt seem like he was faking or putting up fronts.
Thats my story and I'm stickin' to it
