How to become a sister???????????

I attend a small majority white private college in South Carolina. I wanted some insight on how to get in contact with a sister or how to charter one on my campus. I have no clue of where to start this campus has no sisterhood and I feel we need it to survive.

Are you looking to start a sorority at your campus? Are you looking at a specific group? This information would allow us to advise you more completely.

I am looking to start A chapter of Delta on campus and have yet to get any information from advisors on campus. I have tried contacting a few administrators for support but all has failed. I do feel very passionate about the situation and have not given up. If any one can help I thank you very kindly!

I assume you mean Delta Sigma Theta? First of all, which administrators have you contacted? Your first contact should be the Dean of Student Life and/or the Director of Student Actvities/Organizations. In addition, you should contact DST national office http://www.dst1913.org for information about how they can work with you to bring a chapter to your campus. Most likely they will put you in touch with alumnae in your area and they can advise you and interact with school administrators.

Also, there is a DST forum on Greek Chat, but you must register to participate in the forum.
