I was hoping that maybe, just maybe, you were making this up. But you weren't.
It's a shame because this store has a lot of really cute costumes for children. Along side costumes of Spiderman, Renaissance Princess and the Blessed Virgin Mary are costumes for a Child Pimp and a Child Ho.
Is it too much to ask that children not even know what a pimp or a ho is??

OMG.  I doubt the parents of the little girl would have consented if they knew that she was posing for pictures to would have the caption "child ho" under it.
Lady Pi Phi is right that is a flapper's costume.
