Has anyone heard of the Soror that was attached at Brown University on 21 February 2000. It seems that three white males beat her, and then threw her down a flight of stairs. Yes, Soror this is some truly disturbing news. I had read about it off the DELTAnet. I tried to find the article that you posted, but was unable to. My question is WHY are they still allowed to finish there classes? What are the grounds for seperation? Do you have to actually kill someone to be expelled??!! Why is the third student only charged with disorderly conduct? While the others face criminal charges of assault?

How badly was she hurt? Could you please send me a copy of the original letter dst897@greekchat.com

I read about the young lady being beaten at Brown by three white male students and it outraged me and made me sad at the same time for her. I hope your Soror is doing well and will be able to see Justice.

Thank you, pink bunny for you care and compassion in regards to my soror. It is during times like this, where I am glad to see all women pull together and give their support and strenght regardless of the org you are a member of.
As for Ebony's condition, I hear she is doing well. As for her attackers, as of the 1st of this month the three men have all been charged - 2 by Providence police, 1 by Brown police. How severly the charges are, I am unsure.

To All: If you know of any further details, please post. Also, I believe I can obtain an address if any of you would like to send a card, flowers, etc. Let me know. Or if you have this info at hand, let us know.
