Hotep Brothers. Does your chapter have a house? If so how would you rate it in comparison to others? Chapters with houses please state your pride in having a house. What chapter can boast of having the best chapter house (undergraduate & alumni)? College Brothers be sure to inquire about the possibility of obtaining a house. Your alumni chapter will probably have some insight into such a matter. College Brothers YOU are the LIFEBLOOD of ALPHA! Do NOT ever forget it! Ask your alumni chapter to provide you with the know-how on acquiring a HABITAT FOR HUMANITY HOME! Be sure to emphasize that you need a CHAPTER HOUSE for community & "ALPHA" service w/the AKAs, DELTAS, ZPB, and SGRho women. This is only an idea, but with the sharp minds that our BROTHERHOOD has I definitely know someone can provide better and further insight into this matter.

Phi Lambda is in process or building a house. We have purchased the land and only have a few payments left - - - the challenge will be raising money for the structure.

The current plan, called the Alpha Resource Center, will lease space to business in our area in addition to having meeting and banquet space for Brothers.

Mu Lambda owns a house. It is currently undergoing extensive renovations.

I'd rather build a community center from the ground up than convert a building meant for residence into an house. Shining example: The Xi Omega Center in DC that the AKA's operate.

Xi Kappa Lambda just purchased land this summer. Of course the challenge will be raising the money for the structure. We're building a pyramid.
